Refund Policy

This policy outlines our procedures for refunds and is designed to be in accordance with Singapore's consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (CPFTA) and the "Lemon Law".
1. Our Commitment to the "Lemon Law"
In Singapore, the "Lemon Law" provides consumers with additional rights if a product is found to be defective within six months of delivery. A product is considered defective if it:

Is not fit for the purpose it was purchased for.
If you discover a defect in a product purchased from J33.com.sg within this six-month period, you have the right to seek a remedy from us.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds of Physical Goods
We accept returns and issue refunds for the following reasons only:

Defective or Damaged Products: If the item you received is defective, not of satisfactory quality, or damaged upon arrival.

Incorrect Products: If you received a product that is different from what you ordered.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for "change of mind." Please be sure of your purchase before checking out.
3. Return of Physical Goods Conditions
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

The return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

A proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt, must be provided.
4. The Refund Process
If your return is for a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

Notify Us: Contact our customer service team at hello@j33.com.sg within 7 days of receiving the item. Please include your order number, a description of the defect or issue, and clear photos or a short video showing the problem.

Assessment: We will review your request and the provided evidence. We may ask you to ship the item back to us for a full inspection.

Remedies under Lemon Law: In accordance with the Lemon Law, we will first attempt to:

Repair the item for you at no cost, or

Replace the item with a new one.
If a repair or replacement is not possible or would cause you significant inconvenience, we will then offer a refund.

5. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item and approved your refund, we will process the refund to your original method of payment.

The refund amount will be the cost of the item(s) returned.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
6. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund
The following items are not eligible for a return or refund, unless they are defective or incorrect upon delivery as per the Lemon Law:

Perishable goods (e.g., food items, flowers).

Personalised or custom-made products.

Items on clearance or marked as "Final Sale."

Gift cards.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
7. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label or instructions for return.

For any other reason (e.g., if we accept a return for an item that is not defective), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
8. Eligibility for a Service Refund:
We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or for non-attendance at a scheduled workshop or consultation.
Refunds will be considered only in these specific circumstances:

Cancellation by J33.com.sg: If we cancel a workshop or consultation session, you will be entitled to a full refund of the fees paid.

Failure to Provide Service: If we fail to deliver the service as described in the course outline or consultation brief and we are unable to remedy the situation by rescheduling or providing an alternative, you may be entitled to a partial or full refund.
